You will understand that I must decline your offer of assistance by sending you personal information about me and my account. Although you claim to work for Comcast and have listed a comcast.com email address, I would think that given the fact that my name is part of one of the domains of this site and the fact that I live in Denver would be sufficient information to find my account and home phone number to follow up on the issue. Comcast (Denver) support had several chances to help me when I called in for an hour and then requested them to call me to explain the issue but they’ve failed to follow through. I’m not about to send my account number to an anonymous person claiming to work for the same company that’s already failed me as a customer.
